Forklift and yard traffic safety
Drive a forklift, lift paper rolls and share the yard with people on foot.
Serious games · VR · hardware
For manufacturing, logistics and transport. Trainees run the real procedure without stepping into a risky area.
30 projects, every one delivered on time
Background
All six already run as scenarios inside our simulators.

Pedestrians and vehicles share the same lane.

Maintenance starts before the power is isolated.

The lifter goes up before the safety gear is on.

A load swings over a lane people still walk through.

PPE doesn't match the material being handled.

Repetitive lifting with the wrong technique.
Every image comes straight from modules already delivered to clients.
Approach
A serious game is software that uses game mechanics for something other than entertainment. Trainees get a challenge, instant feedback and a score at the end, so they actually finish the training.
VR simulator
Trainees wear a headset and step into a digital version of the work area.

Hardware simulator
A real vehicle unit becomes the controller, linked to an assessor screen.
What you get
Modules
Every loop below is captured straight from the delivered software.

Manufacturing · VR headset
Drive a forklift, lift paper rolls and share the yard with people on foot.

Manufacturing · VR headset
Replace a high-bay lamp, but only after the area below is secured.

Logistics and fleet · Hardware rig
From depot to toll road, with a load that changes how the truck drives.

Driver training · Hardware rig
A real motorbike, wired with sensors, riding through dense city traffic.

Manufacturing · VR headset
Push a trolley of trays across the line. Overload it and your back pays.

Manufacturing · VR headset
Read the job sheet, isolate the power, then touch the machine.

Warehousing · VR headset
Narrow aisles, racks to the roof and trucks you can barely hear.

Chemical processing · VR headset
Right coverall, grounding strap first, pour to the exact mark.

Food and beverage · VR headset
No component gets touched until LOTO is done.

Services · VR headset
Massage and haircut training with hand guides and automatic scoring.
How modules are designed
Trainees don't just click through steps. At certain points the simulation stops and asks them to choose. That choice decides how the session goes, including whether an accident happens.
The second choice speeds up the work but ends in a back injury.
The first choice closes the machine mould while a hand is still inside.
Without a barrier, people keep walking under the lifter.
Each module has its own accident scenarios, and trainees can retry until the procedure is right.
Track record
Every production discipline sits in one team, so revisions from the field go back to the same people who built it.

Our simulators run across these industries
Part of this work was delivered as a production partner of Asperio, who handles integration on the client side.
“The Unity VR project and motorcycle simulator were delivered with very satisfying results and always completed on time. Team communication was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable, especially with the discount packages, which were extremely helpful.”

Process
01
We work from the procedures and safety curriculum your company already uses.
02
One scenario ships first so your safety team can try it hands on.
03
Test builds go out regularly, so fixes happen early instead of at the end.
04
On-site install, operator training, and fixes for anything found after real use.
The handover date is agreed up front and it doesn't move. Out of 30 projects, none has missed it.
Investment
The figure depends on how detailed your procedures are and the number of scenarios to train. Quotes are always itemised per module, never one lump sum.
Ordering several modules together costs less than ordering them one by one.
Before you ask
Standalone VR headsets such as Meta Quest and Pico, PC VR, and custom hardware rigs with real steering wheels, pedals, levers or a full motorbike. We can help set up devices on site.

No cost, no commitment. The draft shows whether a simulator is really the right answer for your training needs.
